He is also the first Superstar in history to win the Cruiserweight Championship, North American Championship, and NXT Championship in their career. Hayes is known for his charisma, mic skills, and in-ring talent. He is also described as a born champion. In addition, he has declared himself as the true face of NXT. On April 1, 2023, he became the current NXT Champion in his first reign, defeating Bron Breakker.
