Sinopsis： Detective Takeo Okayama has a daughter, Mio, who is a schoolgirl; however, Mio is actually the daughter of his older brother, Katsuya. Having been taken in and raised by Takeo due to certain circumstances, Mio has reached adolescence and harbours fantasies about her biological father. Meanwhile, Katsuya had served a ten-year prison sentence for manslaughter after accidentally killing a robber whilst trying to protect his daughter when she was a small child. Plagued by guilt, he had developed mental health issues and alcohol dependency, and now, living a life of shame as a convicted criminal, his sole purpose was the desire to see his daughter, Mio.
