Sinopsis： Herman battles Katnip in a costume epic satirizing the Robin Hood story. Katnip is the offical tax collector. Taxes have gone up 100%. The first place that Katnip hits is Povertyville. No money there... only Robin Hood Herman. Herman follows Katnip back to the castle and recovers the money for the mice after a battle.
