Sinopsis： Tili, as general manager of the Ocean Angels Forest, has turned the forest into a resort and succeeded in attracting tourists. However, a crack in the ice damages the penguins' homes and causes disputes among the forest community. Captain Penguin and his friends come north to understand the situation, but when they arrive, Tili is nowhere to be found.
