Sinopsis： Not long after the end of the Tohoku conflict, Kyowakai Chairman Kudo (Hakuryu) is attacked. He narrowly survives, but soon after, Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) is also shot by a hitman. Thanks to a counterattack led by Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) and the others, the assailants are captured, revealing that the attack was ordered by Sakashita, head of the Sakashita-gumi in Fukui, a group connected to the West Japan Mutsumikai. Seeking revenge, Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) takes the lead in preparing Kyowakai for a full-scale war against the West Japan Mutsumikai, mobilizing the entire organization.
